CHDEThe room was very clean and everything was in place and good. My train was delayed and I spend my check-out day from 11 to 4 in lobby and the staf were very nice to me.
Everything was great the only was that because of digital check-in there were some problems. For example they had written my last as my first name. But they were very friendly and it was ok just with a phone call

Einchecken ins Zimmer war schwierig. Das ging auch anderen Gästen so. Anleitung dazu sollte präziser sein. Parken ist ebenfalls umständlich, da aufwändiger digitaler Aufwand erforderlich.
