Sehr bequeme Betten, viel offener Stauraum für Gepäck und Kleidung, schön gestaltetes Zimmer, angenehmes Bad, genau die richtige Lage für unseren Zweck in Sulzbach-Laufen, Parkplatz, ausliegende Zeitschriften

Bei einer Check-out-Zeit von 11 Uhr am Sonntag waren die Reinigungskräfte gegen 10 Uhr schon da, klopften und öffneten auch die Tür, weil der (sehr gute) Schallschutz unser Rufen wohl gedämpft hatte. Sie warteten dann auf dem Flur, standen zusammen mit finsteren Mienen, waren nicht sehr freundlich, als wir gingen.

The hotel is situated at least 1 hours drive from every major city and is surround by serious hills and forests. Yet in the middle of nowhere there is hotel Krone. The hotel is well situated alongside a mountain stream and has a nice terrace. It must be wonderful there to breakfast and diner there when the days get longer and the temperatures higher. The hotel self exceeded my expectations. I found it refined. The building has an older and new part. Both were in excellent condition and the new part impressed me by its interior design, greatly contributing to the ambiance. In the new part breakfast and diner is served. These were remarkably refined I sleep a lot in hotels. The personell was very kind and helpful.

On the last day I was seated in the restaurant in a far corner where already a table was prepared for me. This surprised me a bit, being the first guest. Thinking the restaurant was fully booked, I thought this was born out of necessity. Yet this was not the case and there where several tables free at the window.
