"Great central-located space for two"

Central location, close to paid parking spots and main attractions. Newly renovated and cozy. The person who greeted us was very helpful and pleasant. They provided welcome cookies, free esspresso capsules for coffee maker, tea (plus fully equipped kitchen). Lots of storage space. Has AC, so warm in winter and should be cool in summer. Quite noise-isolated, one small window. Very secure entrance. Has a tiny but well functioning elevator - the apartment is in 3rd floor.

Unfortunately, the company who owns this apartment (Wonderful Italy) charges for late arrivals from 20 to 40 eur. Also, you have to sign several online forms when checking in, which were in italian. Also, they send too many automated and unnecessary messages through booking, email, etc. This company has many negative reviews from other apartments they own in Italy... However, our booking went smoothly. We reached them succesfully through WhatsApp and made sure to have the number of a person who will hand over the keys.
