GBThe location was good, close to the train station. The communication from the hosts was excellent.
The cleanliness of the apartment in particular of the bathrooms was in very poor. Even after I had complained to the hosts, they did get a cleaner out within 24 hours, however, it was still very dirty (it was mould which I did tell them). The cushions and other items in the apartment smelt like cigarettes. This was throughout the apartment, believe people have been smoking in the apartment.

Not clean, unhelpful host, water was not usable, noisy, power outage. 1. Despite informing the host that we were a group of six, they initially refused to set up the sofa bed. After a lot of back and forth, they eventually set it up. However, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and unsuitable for sleeping. This apartment is clearly designed for 4 people, not 6, as advertised. quote from the host when they first refuse to set up the sofabed: " There is no staff at the apartment this morning sorry. We always leave it as sofa so our guests can decide when make it bed. " 2. The water in the apartment was not usable. When I tried to boil water, a strange residue would form on top, making it unfit for consumption. 3. The noise level outside was unbearable. One of the bedrooms directly faces a car repair shop. 4. During our stay, we experienced a power outage. We reached out to the host via the online chat, but their response was slow. After trying several contact numbers, we finally got through to someone, but we were left in the dark for about an hour during the night. 5. The host was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay, which added to the overall discomfort. 6. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, which was very disappointing. 7. When I requested a quilt in the evening, they only responded the next morning, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise against booking this property or dealing with this agent. The experience was far below expectations.
AUGBLoved this apartment. It was newly refurbished. Host was good at communication via WhatsApp. Spotlessly clean. Read reviews before about being 5 min from Pisa Central train station but was only about 2min as it's just round the corner. The location was great for everything. Will definitely be back.
