The view

Our room had a terrible smell of drains and damp when we arrived. We aired the place but it made no difference. When we went to bed, everything was so damp that the inside of the bed was very cold and felt wet. The floor on the side of the bed was literally wet. We used the air conditioning but were stuck inside with this smell. There was nothing to do really. In the morning we contacted Lorenzo with our issue, he told us there was no other room available for our stay. We asked for a refund, to which he agreed before directing us to BOOKING. For a start, it was IMPOSSIBLE to find the way to ask for a refund on the website, I had to ask ChatGPT to help me find contact details. I finally succeeded in filing a request for a refund but a month and a half later, we still haven't heard anything from BOOKING. Needless to say we booked something else for the remaining nights. I also want to add that the noise of the motorway in the valley was clearly audible from the property, giving us a sense of being on the side of the road. It's a shame.

Sunt foarte multe de explicat ce nu a mers in colaborarea noastă cu această cazare. Pe scurt, am fost discriminati din toate punctele de vedere, de le personal foarte neprietenos până la proprietarii!

La vue splendide sur Portofino et son golfe L'appartement très bien équipé avec une terrasse magnifique la literie très confortable la petite cuisine très appréciable le sauna le jacuzzi et piscine bref top😊

La vue à un prix et notamment on est en hauteur assez loin du centre-ville mais cela vaut carrément la peine👍 Le petit-déjeuner était correct mais pas grandiose et parfois la serveuse pas toujours très aimable😔

La route d'accès n'est pas très aisée, mais c'est le prix à payer pour bénéficier d'une telle vue La principale critique tient au côté totalement impersonnel de l'accueil : une communication exclusivement via whatsapp, en anglais , avec beaucoup de réticences pour une traduction en français.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, der Blick von der Terrasse außergewöhnlich! Die gesamte Anlage wurde sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool hatte 28°C und man konnte somit auch noch im Oktober herrlich baden.

Einige Möbel könnten etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen, für jemanden mit etwas Geschick und entsprechenden Werkzeug eine Kleinigkeit.

Het uitzicht en zwemgelegenheden

De weg er naar toe is niet aan te bevelen. (3 km) Denk aan bergweggetje waar je geen tegenliggers moet hebben. Rijdt er niet in het donker… Ontbijt niet bijzonder. Huis Is van particuliere host.
