Dimora Rosselli Apartments

L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato, nuovo, essenziale ma soddisfacente. C'era molta luce ma anche fresco grazie all'aria condizionata. Anche gli spazi comuni erano puliti e funzionali. Ci siamo trovati complessivamente bene.

Un consiglio, probabilmente perché l'appartamento è nuovo: la doccia del bagno perdeva acqua ed ha allagato ogni volta che si faceva la doccia (la porta si chiudeva male, ma soprattutto perdeva dall'angolo destro, come se fosse da sigillare meglio col silicone). C'era solo uno specchio in bagno, ne servirebbe uno in più!

Very spacious, clean and well equipment that will meet 90% of the need. There is a good size fridge and an extendable table to have more space.

My friends said the AC in the double room was not cold enough (although the rest of us think it was alright). There was no kettle but didn’t bother us that much.

Location was excellent, very central Cafe's,bars and bakery within 200 metres

No washing machine,toaster or kettle in apartment Air con did not work and was needed badly for the last 4 days of our stay

Big and non cluttered,private terrace.Air con was necessary due to hot weather.

Sofa was small ,uncomfortable and needs to be cleaned.? Had Ticks that caused bites. The floor was very dirty underfoot. We had a powercut on the last night of our stay and the owner/agent did not apologize or offer any compensation. He was living in the property below us -there was no information pack,in comparison to another apartment in the same building,where friends were staying.
