"The location of the apartment is excellent, in the pietonal zone of the city."

I like the location of the property, near the historical center. It is possible to visit a lot of city attractions going on foot.
The building was not very well maintained. The hall was smelly and the voices from outside the apartment are heard very hard.

Розміщення квартири ідеальне, майже в історичному центрі, поруч зупинки громадського транспорту, супермаркети. Чиста квартира, має все необхідне для комфортного проживання .
Єдиний мінус в цій квартирі - це вид з вікон.

L'appartement en lui meme etait parfait, a ma grande surprise il y avait une machine a laver le top
Alors dommage le frigo un peu petit, a savoir que l'appartement est très mal placé zéro place de parking devant l'immeuble donc aller tout les jours aux courses pas évident Le parking un éternel problème pour ce garer nous avons passé des heures pour avoir une place. Parking payant. Attention a ceux qui vous font croire qu'ils surveillent vos voitures la nuit et vous demande de l'argent. 10 jours tout les jours c'était l'enfer pour le parking. De plus nous nous sommes fait casser un carreau de la voiture donc super vole d'affaires etc. Juste attention au voisin pas très propre au niveau du balcon de l'appartement. Quelques petits rampants peuvent atteindre l'appartement. Dommage

Helsefarlig bygning. Mye støv, ingen ren luft , illeluktende området, insekter i huset, mye støv under sengen og rundt omkring. Ikke bra for en med allergier .
