Absolutely nothing..This place is not livable and scary

We booked this place for one week. All Gates to the premises was open. The main door to the building was open all the time. The place smelled of strong urine. It was unbearable. The unit is the first unit of the building, and the entire unit stank with urine smell. The lights did not work in the bedroom. It flickered constantly in the lounge. Plug pooints did not work at all. The windows did not shut. Safety and security were a huge concern for me. The minute we walked in , we felt nauseous and unsafe. We tried calling and messaging the agent but got the usual automated check-in message. We did not sleep that night or even open our luggage and left the place early the next morning. I sent a report that we are checking out the next day because we can not live in this condition and want a refund of our tourist tax fees and booking money. We incurred extra cost to book into another place. I received one message saying they would let the owner know, and to date, no refunds or response received. I will be reporting ssues with Booking.com management because this place is a fraud

Wonderful apartment, very spacious and clean. I really enjoyed it! Very comfortable bed as well, a lovely garden in front and everything that you need. Very close to the sea as well and a great supermarket nearby. Highly recommend it and looking forward to returning :) Thank you for everything!

It was close to public transport bus stop

The apartment smells as old grandma house. Furniture is quite old. Air conditioner in the bedroom was dropping all night after few hours of work and it was leaking on the pillow. Ants in the kitchen. Quite noisy in the morning, barking dog, traffic on the street (6-7 am). The inner courtyard after the blue gate looks a little abandoned. But it still ok for its cheap price.
