We had a hard time contacting the customer service center. They didn't send us an access code or instructions. We had to try to contact them several times.

Location was great . If the apartment was maintained it would have been fantastic

Driveway to access car park was blocked as people doing works . They just taped off the side of the driveway. Shower head broken, fell on one of us and wouldn’t stay upright, had to hold it, mould in bathroom floor, wooden planks need to be replaced , no WiFi . Could have lived with all this but agent kept saying they’ll get back to us but never did. Bad communication. Also dirty dishes and cups.

Location, comfort, nice apartment with all necesary stufs you need.

Difficult to park big car in garage. The WONDERFUL ITALY TEAM did not give us wi-fi password even after few complains ( we booked with free wi- fi throue booking.com)

The location was ideal. The kitchen was fit out with very high end appliances.

The cleanliness, the shower was absolutely disgusting. Had a wood mat in the shower recess, mould in the corners of the shower cubicle. The floors had not been swept for awhile or washed. The internet was non-existent. Out of the five days it was available only for an hour. Making it difficult. The driveway leading into the complex and underneath garage was in disrepair and could be considered dangerous as pot holes were large enough to ruin tyres. Overall very disappointing.

The place is great, seems pretty new, kitchen had all the utensils needed to cook, good to have parking garage.

Wifi is very bad, even hard to watch tv, they need to improve this asap. The road to the parking should be fixed. Hard to make a turn and ground is not leveled. Host shuold offer some spices for those that want to cook.

Very nice apartment with perfect location. Wifi worked on and off and extremly slow. Parking entrance is a disaster if you have a little bigger var.

Good location. 10mins to the town etc. Good kitchen and living..comfortable. Near the ocean. Parking was provided but..see below.

Parking was problematic. Very tight for larger car. The shower was terrible, very small, drain blocked when we arrived which my partner had to sort . Shame as is a lovely apt otherwise.

Great location to the town centre. Spotlessly clean. Looks recently refurbished.

The building and balcony overlooks a construction site, noise up until 4.00pm daily The driveway access to the garage from the lane is extremely narrow and there is no secure alternative parking available within walking distance.
