Small but clean.

Interactions with the host/staff were a little off. They were helpful in booking a parking space for us (would have been a nightmare without) and we arrived right before the midnight check in deadline as our plane was late and our car hire queue long. I appreciate this. However… I didn’t appreciate being asked to ‘hurry up’ and check out 5 minutes before the the check out deadline the next morning. I also didn’t appreciate being asked if I had ‘taken’ stuff out of the apartment before staff have checked among themselves. I understand guests have obligations but helping cleaners find pillows isn’t one of them. Being messaged insistently to check where said pillows are is also not appropriate (they found them - in the apartment of course, not in my tiny Ryanair-sized trolly).

No sheets or bedding on one of two beds, booked for three people. Second bed worst I’ve ever slept on, so hard, and this is coming from an Army guy that sleeps on the ground. Instead of helping make things right with bedding, property manager was unavailable to bring bedding and told me no sheets for the baby. Traveling with my two teenage daughters. Guess who slept in the rock of a tiny bed with a blanket from their bed over me, yep, dad😎

Perfect location, very clean and all the comforts of home. Great host! Would highly recommend!

Great location close to everything The property is well-equipped and appointed. The host, Allessandria was very helpful with local advise. We really enjoyed our stay

Nothing about the host or the property. However, it is only a 15 minute walk from the station but not a very easy walk with 2 weeks worth of luggage - hills and cobbles! Taxis in the area were not great when we were there and you would still need to walk around 100 metres most of it cobbles and some uphill to get there. Upon arrival, luggage needs to be carried up to the first floor. Anyone with mobility issues should beware and have a plan.

Rosalia was terrific. She met me at the apartment, provided a map and an introduction to the area. I had a couple follow up questions and she was always available to help. Everything worked, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable
