I liked the size of the property. I liked the staff, I liked how clean it was. The facilities were great. I found the digital guestbook really helpful

The bed wasn’t good, I lost hot water for 1 night & couldn’t get any help until the next morning as staff are only available from 7am - 10pm which is plenty of time but I lost hot water after this. The duvets had not covers for them which wasn’t ideal. I wasn’t able to use the Cooker & washing even though I followed the instructions & watched the videos.

Good location. Plenty of space. Very organised in messaging lead booker with updates. Clean facilities. Everything you need for your stay.

Bit further out than some other properties but only by a few minutes

The apartment was so clean & spacious! The beds were comfy and the blinds were nice and dark. The kitchen was well equipped. Host provided a baby bed and high chair. An incredible Italian restaurant within 5 min walk. A wonderful apartment perfect for our family of four :)

Unfortunately the lift was too small for our pram and all our luggage. The washing machine was broken but host was quick to attempt to fix it. Location is about a 10 min walk to the nicer part of town.
