Assenza del segnale WIFI per tutto il soggiorno, il secondo giorno mancava l'acqua calda inoltre, consiglierei ai gestori qualche bustina di tisane e l'occorrente per un caffè

Very nice location and apartment, fully equipped, clean and comfortable.

Our bad evaluation is only for the staff. Very bad organization on the check in and in general on the communication with the staff. We received several email with the instruction for the check in- that must be in person for all the guests - and it turns that the staff wasn’t in the office on the scheduled time. A lot of bureaucracy and then the check in and welcoming was pretty unfair.

When I was booking this apartment I couldn't even imagine that it is so big and so modern. There is almost everything that you need like in your own flat, more over you have all instructions needed. Great location, only five minute walking to the central piazza, 10-12 minute from railway station Genova Brignola. Perfect view to the splendid basilica from the apartments. Digital check-in with no problems, good wi-fi connection. Thanks for my pleasant 4-day staying in Genova.

great place, very modern and clean... not too far from the city centre, good value for money.

they make you sign a contract that is confusing and initially didn't refer to the same price as the booking.com booking. that caused a lot of concern on our side that we might have to pay more than what we agreed to. it all got sorted in the end (and we didn't have to pay more), but it's annoying given that you don't normally have to deal with this stuff when booking on booking.com. they also require you to take out the trash before you leave. for this kind of price, you could expect that the hotel takes care of this themselves. the coffee machine didn't work when we arrived and it took until the morning of our third day to get it replaced. they send you loads of messages in advance, some of which are not clear when you don't speak Italian. for example, we weren't sure if we needed to meet someone to get the keys or whether it was a simple self-check-in.
