DESo, the location is really great, as described it is located near the city center and the street offers a lot of cute bars to hang out at night. We can also say that the host was very friendly via text.
It is not as quiet as we thought because the apartment is on the ground floor and you sleep next to the door leading to the corridor that a lot of people pass even later at night. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, we found an old and used band-aid on the floor, the bathroom tool to clean the toilet was definitely older and more used than it should have been. All in all, you have suiting equipment in the apartment, however the photos don't really represent the current state. So we suggest to exchange or renew like the garbage bin and the toilet brush, deep-clean the shower and repaint the wardrobe and wall a bit since it certainly used to be a cute apartment :)

AULocation was good and it was very quiet and easy to access
It was not as advertised - I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed because we needed 2 beds. After check in I was told no, because you only get that for 3 travellers (this was not clear at time of booking). The linen was very old and stained and there were leaks in the bathroom - shower and toilet. To top it off we had to check out at 10.30 when booking says 11 and there was no left luggage option
DELage, Lage, Lage …..die ist außergewöhnlich gut, direkt im Ausgehviertel, fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Und trotzdem ruhig, da im 3.Hinterhof gelegen
Das kleine Apartment ist ingesamt sehr abgewohnt, nicht sauber und hat viele Mängel. Der Kühlschrank läuft rund um die Uhr, da das Eisfach vollkommen vereist ist. Es riecht extrem nach Putzmitteln, die sich in einer Schrankhälfte in großer Menge stapeln. Toilette mit 2 sehr unschönen Bürsten. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich, leider überprotektiv, postet viel, stellt ständig Fragen, so dass ich ihn bitten musste sich zurückzunehmen.

NLDe ligging was erg centraal vooral voor een jong stel, omdat in de buurt lekkere restaurantjes en barretjes zaten. De communicatie verliep erg soepel met Raffo! Wij hadden namelijk vertraging en konden nog laat inchecken en contact opnemen met Raffo. Kortom erg flexibel!
Over het algemeen is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding erg goed en waren wij dus tevreden. Geen minpunten.
GBVia pratello was a great place to come back too every evening, very lively but not noisey in the apartment.BTW- the bed was super comfortable!

One of the worst in our past 30 days in Italy. The toilet was dirty, the shower door have only one of the two doors. In general not great property locate in a bad neighborhood
COEstá muy bien ubicado, pudimos pasar a descansar en las largas jornadas de caminata. Tiene dos aires acondicionados.
No me pareció tan clara la información para encontrar la puerta de entrada. Es en una edificación profunda con varios pasillos. El anfitrión sí estuvo muy atento para resolver dudas.
