GBThe most positive thing about this property is the location. It’s 15min walk to most places. There are lots of local bars and cafes close by. The area felt very safe. Although in a fairly busy street , it was very quiet
The shower was broken for the first 24hours of our stay. The fridge wouldn’t keep cold and leaked onto the floor. It was a bit dingy.
DKIt was not clean. I informed the manager, they promptly apologised for the situation

Found some crumbs on cooking pots and some dust behind the bed, but apart from this little detail, cleanliness was at a very good standard! Very happy!

RORaffaele is the best host we ever encountered, he was always available if we needed anything or had any questions, starting from the day we reserved the apartment; he even explained us how to get from the airport to the apartment. We also needed a place to keep our luggage after check-out and he helped us with that, too. Very comfortable bed, the room has a thermostat and also air conditioning. There is coffee available at the apartment (moka pot), a fridge, hand soap, shower gel, clean towels, hair dryer and wi-fi. The apartament is close to the city center (15 minutes by foot to get to piazza maggiore), the nearest bus stop is a few minutes away, and also the street where the apartment is located is packed with pubs for evening drinks, restaurants, options for coffee and breakfast etc. However, don't be scared that the apartament will be noisy, as the apartment is in a building at the end of a corridor and is very quiet (and as a bonus, in the morning we would wake up to the sound of birds, very refreshing and calming). The door unlocks with a code, so I was happy not to have to carry a key with me all day.
