Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival. You will be asked to enter your personal information and upload your identity document (the communication of guest information is MANDATORY in Italy for security reasons).
