Das Apartment entsprach weitgehend der Beschreibung. Ich persönlich fand die Lage und die Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen sehr schön.

Dass in einem solchen Apartment kein Schrank zur Verfügung steht, ist unverständlich. Die Parkplatzsituation ist extrem schwierig und man kann nicht auf das Auto verzichten, wenn man etwas einkaufen will.

Вполне хорошая квартира с красивым видом. Тихое место для романтического отдыха. Множество ресторанов вокруг, с разной ценовой политикой и очень вкусной кухней. В квартире есть все необходимое. Никаких насекомых при открытых окнах. Свежий воздух и красота вокруг.

Ужасная система онлайн регистрации. Если бы знала как это сложно и неудобно, бронировала бы другое жилье. Нет системы лояльности, оплата при бронировании и деньги не возвращаются. Чтобы зарегистрироваться онлайн для доступа в жилье, нужно уделить час времени. Сделать и отправить кучу своих фотографий селфи с документами и отдельно документов. Зачем столько фотографий, непонятно. Много информации нужно заполнять о себе и о втором госте, это очень странно. Бронировала в дороге, и все это делать было очень неудобно. На что администратор ответила, что для заселения можно использовать второй вариант, явиться к ним в офис и там пройти регистрацию. Офис находится в Комо. В поисках офиса мы потратили пол дня в жару 40*. И там еще провели пол часа. Заселения было указано мной на 15.00. Мы прибыли в объект в 14.30 и смогли попасть вовнутрь по инструкции. Но номер был не убран после предыдущих жильцов. Мы сообщили об этом, на что нам ответили, что мы рано зашли) Как можно убрать двухкомнатную квартиру за пол часа, которую просто забыли убрать, непонятно. Нам пришлось ждать до 16.00 чтобы наконец попасть в квартиру. К уборке претензий не имею, убрали хорошо. Жильем довольна, но пока туда попадешь, уже ничего не хочется.

Location was so beautiful, right at the water’s edge with boats jostled nearby and a fantastic restaurant near too.

No moko stove pot for coffee just Nespresso. I know GC lives down the road but please! this is Italy.

I absolutely loved my stay here, I wanted a place in Lake Como where I could rest and relax for a couple of days after a long time travelling so I purposely chose Moltrasio as it was a quieter town. I was able to buy some groceries and cook some meals and relax with the view of the water from the lounge room and the bedroom. Being right on the water you can hear the water splashing up on the boats in the dock which was so peaceful. There are a small number of restaurants walking distance from the apartment Ferry Port is 5 min walk from the apartment Self check in was super easy as the host sent detailed instructions I also got a bus from Como city cause it was a Sunday and ferries were not frequent, I got the C25 from the train station and it stopped right out the front of the apartment. Ferry was easy to explore other towns The Juliet balconies overlooking the lake was the highlight for me, the apartment is beautiful and will recommend to anyone who wants this quieter experience of Lake Como

Perhaps a label for the different bins, I tried to make sure I was following the rules about recycling but I wasn't sure if I was using the correct bin for each item. Only other comment would be about the town itself, like everywhere in Lake Como towns, there are a lot of stairs to get to different areas. To get to the mini mart I walked up the "Holy Staircase" which has a very steep gradient. Also the mini mart was closed on Monday which I didn't know and didn't have a car to get to another supermarket, but that was the choice I made to stay in Moltrasio - which I would do again :) Otherwise I loved this apartment so much and have recommended to numerous people

The view from this property was amazing, so close to the water! Walking distance to some restaurants and the ferry port. Also very close to the bus stop.

There’s not much to do in Moltrasio. It’s a quiet and quaint little town. To go to touristy places like Bellagio or Varenna, it is an 1.5-2 hour ferry ride, each way. We didn’t know that prior to booking, not the properties fault, just something to know before you book here.

We were there for a week. The location was excellent because (a) the (comfortable) unit was right on the water so amazing views and on warm days there was a cool breeze while we slept (b) the location was very close to the ferry jetty and a walk uphill to great cafes and restaurants (c) the cooking facilities were good (d) we live near the ocean so loved the sound of the waves lapping the marina rocks on nights when the winds were light.

(1) Parking a car was a challenge (2) several power-points were not working (3) The washing machine although new was not set-up for use (4) the base of the toilet was loose in the floor! (5) All paintings on the walls were gone (stolen?) (6) The unit is based on the water at a marina so you need to like the sound of waves hitting the walls on windy nights, and the occasional boat party. There is also a restaurant nearby which has live music on some nights which was a little distracting. There were very few condiments available for cooking.

The bed is old and needs replacing washing machine but no iron board or iron a bit tired
