They were very cooperative and tried to help us as much as they could despite some issues that happened at the beginning of the reservation. i would like to thank for Rabia who supervisor for our reservation. also Hassan he was look like super man in hotel . and thankyou for free Mojito !

- Because we were late to the hotel, they booked our room for another couple, and they said there is some technical problem but was not ! bcz we saw the tow couple inside ! - the other days they gave us the right room ! - breckfast untill 11 and i think it’s early. - Chairs front of pool it was sooo oily. we didn’t feel free bcz every - Every time we go out to the pool we see two people lying on the tanning bed, and we shy to say any thing for them , i think the hotel need more stuff to control everything.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were always warm and accommodating throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the sea and surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Whether you’re looking to explore the area or just relax, this hotel offers the perfect balance.

The staff were so helpful, i wanted to enjoy silence and read my book just for 2 days and the hotel was so quite however so close to the attractions as well and this was what i was looking for. See you again

Very clean facilities - 2 steps away from beach - 10 minutes from the Marina The staff are lovely and helpful Rabia made sure we were comfortable & helped with all our transportation I would definitely come back We felt safe all the time here

- Design of the hotel is really nice, quite stylish, I'd say Tulum inspired - Location is great - The pool is good too - The owner of the hotel is a very nice lady

- The staff Even though the hotel is tiny, the staff mixed up all the bookings, gave us the wrong room, not the one that we booked and didn't solve the the problem. So we ended up paying extra. Housekeeping didn't clean the rooms properly, didn't change the bedsheets for 5 days, kept forgetting cleaning supplies in the room and in general didn't clean properly. - The breakfast It was ok. But same everyday, if you're staying longer than 2 days you will be tired of eating the same things. - The spa I tried traditional Turkish hammam experience, with peeling and foam massage, it wasn't good at all Overall we felt that the hotel and area in general is overpriced this season. The hotel, rooms and services doesn't worth the money they are asking for.

The atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, the way breakfast was served, the pool, the spa, and the location.

Wifi was cutting out occasionally… so nothing really..

Rabia was so helpful .. she arranged everything the way we want it .. the management treats the guests so nice
