The spacious accommodation at a fair price with a view to die for and a pool to chill in, which was never crowded. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Ideal for a family.

Nothing I didn’t like as such but a few additional kitchen items would be an improvement, such as: A microwave oven A bread toaster More sharp knives 8 wine classes (4 red, 4 white)

Excellent host couldn't have been more helpful, had an issue with shower hose which I reported to Zac and was replaced the same day. Fantastic pool area.

Nothing really just a bit of a walk into Bodrum which wasn't an issue for us but wouldn't recommend if you don't like hills as it is very steep!

Apartment no. 5 was excellent because it doesn’t get much sun, so if you use the aircon whilst you’re getting ready to go out, the room stays cool for your return. There’s no aircon in the bedroom but you honestly don’t need it because the apartment is small, the cold air gets into the bedroom. There is a wardrobe, shelves, places to put everything despite being a small place, it’s better equipped for this than bigger places we have rented. Plus it has a washing machine and dishwasher, oven & stove, a good size fridge & freezer. The pool area is clean and quiet, no children, very relaxing. Parking is easy & free. The hosts are the best! They helped us with all our luggage (arrival & departure), which we were very grateful for (i was ill & also developed a knee problem). He even offered to come to the hospital to translate for us, what a sweetheart! The Google translate App is amazing by the way. I will definitely stay here again.

Lots of steps up to our flat but as mentioned, the guys dealt with all our luggage without being asked. Next time i will ask for No. 1 which is a flight of stairs lower than No. 5. But seriously, I would still stay here again because everything else is perfect.

We had an amazing stay at Ilya Apart 1! The staff were great. The guys were very helpful, accommodating, friendly and they were always there to assist us with anything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment had beautiful views, it was clean, nicely decorated and spacious with great facilities and amenities, it was a nice comfortable inviting space. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean and the apartments are in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here😊
