Thanks to Mutlu who is managing the apartments very caring and responsive.

Wi Fi was very poor and not connecting for the last two days

There was a very warm welcome. Our room was super clean. We found in the room everything we needed during our stay. The responsible people were very friendly. Whenever there was the slightest need, they took care of it immediately. The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great rest. Our view was also very amazing. If we travel again to Bodrum we will stay here again definitely. Thanks for everything.

The owner was very nice and accommodating. The location is quiet and easy to reach by car. The pool is also really good.

The kitchen equipment is a bit basic. However, the owner helped us a lot and got us the things we needed

location of hotel was at the top of a very steep hill once at our apartment which was no.7 there were 51 steps to our room , once we arrived at our room it was not very clean, the pots and pans needed a good clean , on checking fridge old food from last guess was left inside , for the 2 weeks we asked for room clean turned up once changed towels and bed linen never cleaned any floors or emptied bins in bathrooms shower was blocked in 1 bathroom was told they would come back with drain unblocker never returned , promised lower apartment as there was a pensioner with us 1st of all was told would be moved 3 days did not happened then told another 3 days never got back in touch we were tired asking for this to happen as never get response for this and other things , when asked for certain things we required for apartment we finally got them in 3 or 4 days at one point it was over a week to finally get what we asked for after buying it ourselves. I understand it has only been taken over in May but the management do need training they need to be on site . After i arrived in bodrum i called the property to see i could check in early to which she replied yes i could come to their apartment have breakfast and when room was ready they would bring me there , and i think thats when the problems arose , and then being brought to 3 different apartments to which i said could we have a lower room as there was a pensioner with us and the hill and steps were to much for her , they promised they would move us to a lower apartment but never moved us and we were so fed up asking and asking for a number of things to be done as i have already stated .

Our apartment was perfect. The view from the balcony is fantastic! It is so pleasant to have breakfast or dinners on the balcony watching the sunset. Also when you are lazy to go the beach you can use swimming pool, it is also nice and never crowded. The surrounding is piece and quiet. The apartment was neat and tidy. Air conditioning work good, it is in every bedroom. 2 bathrooms are also great for group of people. Staff is really friendly, always ready to help and support 24/7. The place is beautiful, even more than on the pictures.

There are no such things we don’t like. Everything was good!

Liked the swimming pool.

Didn’t like the fact it wasn’t very clean, especially the shower. Also you could only hold the shower cos the attachment had come out of the wall. Not very well equipped. No tin opener or pans to cook food. Massive hill to walk up every time you left the apartment.

Manager ozan very nice guy goes out his way to help anyone . Works hard to make sure everyone is happy. Rooms were well equipped. Clean an modern. Big comfy bed. Pool area lovely. Good location just away from any noise so it's peaceful but close enough to get around , food markets , taxi an bus just short stroll away.. about 15 minutes walk along beach into bodrum centre .everything was lovely enjoyed my stay very much 😊
