One of the worst staffed and run down hotels I've ever stayed at. Just a few of our issues at this resort: - Waited for 45 minutes for a Bellhop to take us to our room, they never came. When we did run into one, he led us in the wrong direction and was on a phone call the entire time. - Several spiders in our room. - Mattress, bedding & all towels were stained with various colours. When we got new ones, they were also stained. Bedding was cheap, thin, and did not cover the bed - the sheets weren't even the right size. - Room was super run down, specifically the floor. Was dirty when we arrived, also several cracks and dents. - Our room didn't lock. - Staff at front desk lost our keys, and they were generally unfriendly when checking in and out. - There are five floors worth of stairs (approx 180) to get anywhere, NOT friendly for anyone with mobility issues. The elevators all take ages and the system is terrible. - Our fridge did not work and was emitting a weird smell. - When we complained about these issues, they threw water on the floor to "mop" with our belongings there, and the lock was just screwed into a different part of the door. - Multiple restaurants advertised which were not open, restaurant options were very limited. I would NOT recommend this resort as a four star. The only redeeming parts are the pool and beach, both of those are clean and have gorgeous views. Gym is also good. Otherwise, this would be a 1 star.

Der Zustand war leider schlecht. Die Vorhangstange ist beim ersten öffnen abgerissen. Dem Bad konnte man den veralteten Zustand deutlich ansehen, von den Armaturen ist bereits das Chrom abgebröckelt, sag sehr mittgenommen aus. Handtücher gab es erst nach Nachfrage. Bis auf das Personal am Empfang sprach keiner der Mitarbeiter Englisch. Außerdem wäre es gut gewesen, wenn man den Valet-Service direkt vom Empfang beauftragen könnte, aktuell musste man immer separat zum Valet Schalter spazieren um sein Auto holen zu lassen, angeblich können die Mitarbeiter am Empfang den Valet nicht anrufen, sehr fragwürdig.

Das Hotel ist eine reine Katastrophe. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind extrem heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war unfassbar dreckig und eklig. Wir haben mit Meerblick gebucht und haben es nicht bekommen. Der Fahrstuhl bis nach unten hat auch nicht funktioniert, sodass man sehr viele Treppen hochsteigen musste. Im Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage auch nicht funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr inkompetent, da auf unsere Beschwerden nicht eingegangen wurde. Wir haben 4 Nächte gebucht, haben allerdings nur eine traumatische Nacht verbracht und sind früher abgereist und natürlich haben wir auch keine Rückerstattung für die anderen Tage bekommen. Die Bilder sind absolut nicht mehr aktuell und eigentlich eine dreiste Lüge. Dieses Hotel ist der absolute Müll. Bleibt bloß nicht in dem Hotel, geht absolut egal woanders hin.

For the price we paid we were more than happy with our stay at The Holiday Inn, Bodrum. Our check-in was smooth and we were shown to our room, which would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of steps and general logistics of getting around the hotel. We were more than happy with our room which had comfortable firm beds, endless supply of bottled water, tea & coffee and Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner! All staff we encountered were polite and helpful we had no issues with language barrier. Surroundings were stunning and we loved the chilled vibe around the pool which always had plenty of free sunbeds which were comfortable and beach towel available to use daily. The breakfast options do cater more for Turkish, middle Eastern guests but we loved the bread, omelettes, cheese, fresh fruit, honey and there was plenty of choice but don't go expecting an english breakfast! We spoke to other guests whose experience was different to ours so aware that this is the reason for the differing reviews currently for this hotel but for us we had no complaints.

Beautiful hotel for an affordable rate during the off-season in September. The room was good, but could’ve been more refined and polished. Somethings were broken and the toiletries weren’t stocked when we arrived. When asked, the receptionist was somewhat short with me, or perhaps this was just a misinterpretation! The amenities were great and everywhere was a great vantage point. Getting around the hotel was difficult, there are lots of stairs! It is really big and can be hard to navigate. The signage to navigate could be better and better explained by staff. We never got round to using the spa and opted to use the pool vs the “private beach” when we stayed in. We did make some requests (a room close to stairs/elavator during booking and a bathtub due to mobility issues, but these weren’t seen by the hotel and when requested them at check-in they said they couldn’t offer anything further and were booked out. We were also told our room had a sea view, but this was debatable! Finally, one evening there was a party/rave seemingly at Bodrum Castle which is in view from the hotel. It was audible from the hotel, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. Overall, a good hotel experience.

Breakfast was nice but maybe a change it up a little each day. It was well presented. Staff were friendly Beach and pool were great. We had a lovely relaxing time.

Point + : cadre extérieur coté plage et piscine top on dirait un petit village, plage privée de l’hôtel magnifique, snack, petit shop, billard et pig pong à dispo, partie commune propre, petit déjeuner variée, hôtel en hauteur donc vue imprenable sur bodrum, Clim, salle de sport complète, sauna à dispo gratuitement, wifi OK Point - : j’ai l’impression que le personnel est dépassé, à bout, pas forcément agréable mais ils restent tout de même correct et poli, l’ascenseur qui descend ou monte à la plage est lent et en une semaine est tombé en panne deux fois, la propreté des chambres n’est pas au top, les serviettes ne sont pas changé il faut leur en réclamer, smart tv HS. Enfin pour se déplacer il faut passer par un taxi car assez éloigné de la ville, le personnel se charge de le contacter pour vous à l’accueil. J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel début septembre il faisait encore très beau et chaud.

Rezervasyonda tek yatak istememe rağmen bana iki ayrı yataklı bir oda verdiler.Resepsiyon sorumlusuna bu durumu bildirdiğimde rezervasyonun bu şekilde olduğunu söyleyerek beni yalan söylüyor durumuna düşürdü bu hiç hoş değildi.Bundan sonraki Bodrum seyehatimde artık bu oteli düşünmeyeceğim.
