"A beautiful hotel with very polite and helpful staff."

I have just returned home from a stay at this hotel and it was lovely, the staff are super polite and friendly they couldn’t help enough; the rooms are beautiful and clean. Thank you so much to the lovely staff for such a wonderful wonderful break I will definitely be back

I couldn’t fault this hotel but I think it would make it much better if there was a lift for people with disabilities, and also if there was a pool for familys with kids as it’s super hot

"Would not recommend"

Clean property , however staff was awful A lady called funda at the reception was very unprofessional. We had an issue with air con and struggled for 2-3 days in heat. She was not helpful

They were not at all professional. The receptionist lady (Funda) was very rude , she said she can’t do anything and asked us to check out and find another hotel. When we requested for an upgrade they wanted to pay us more. After hours of discussions they finally agreed to upgrade us. This experience was really bad, has never experienced anything like this before.

My issue was the AC more then anything. Previous hotel I stayed the AC helped with weather but the AC did not help cool the room down. The cleaning ladies could not understand "Do Not Disturb/Cleaning require sign" you can hang on the door knob. Another thing was annoying while they were cleaning I assume I left my ear pods on the side cabinet and found pod on the floor. Let just say there was no respect for people properties.
