House Of Marmaris

Clean hotel, however something was painted in corridor so the smell of paint was very strong on day of arrival.

Food, poor breakfast, very much overpriced, so so coffee

This is the third time I have stayed at House of Marmaris. For me, it is the perfect location as it is a couple of streets back from the beach but close enough to walk there and all the shops, restaurants etc. The house itself is very modern and clean in design and set in a nice garden with a coffee shop and work area for those who need it. This time I upgraded to a suite and was pleasantly surprised how well stocked the kitchen area was as well as a washing machine which we made use of.

First of all many thanks to the amazing staff.You are the best 🤩 Great location,cozy apartment, the hotel surrounded by beautiful garden,they served delicious breakfast and the tastiest cappuccino in town.

Rooms were very good for the price, and the designs were chic.

Parking; there wasn't safe Parking and there was not any elevator and our room was on 2nd floor.

We got a room of the backside of the building, there you had directly like 8 balconies where people were watching you on your terrace and room. So just the garden side is worth it for its price. Furthermore there were some things not working problperly, like some sockets were broken, not signed in in tv programs, hairdryer…

No pool, no sun protection shield on the Terrasse, you could use the bath on terasse due tue missing bath plug,

We liked the design and the quality-price ratio is good. The staff is very helpful

The outdoor lighting was always switched on. The AC is difficult to switch off. The door to the corridor is not noise insulated.
