The location is great literally 2mins walk to the main shopping streets. The check-in time is usually from 14:00 but we arrived at 7am and were accommodated by the receptionist without any problem. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was good overall but it definitely needs some refreshment and renovation. There were not any clothes/towels hangers in the room.

room heaters was not hot and I hate heating with aircon: first night I did not sleep well: second night room got warmer plus they gave me a second blanket, so I could sleep well

Hello, we stayed at the hotel for New Year's. We were in the room with a terrace (301). This is our second time visiting the hotel and definitely not the last. Let's start with the breakfast. They even gave us a basket of gifts for the New Year, we were very happy because the attitude of the staff is unique, to say the least, it is not as good in any hotel. The food, as always, is uniquely delicious. The staff tries very hard to make our stay nice. The lady at the reception and the two ladies at breakfast were very kind. We asked them to spoil us with food on New Year's and they responded immediately. They took care of our every need. I am really happy with the staff and I will definitely go to this hotel again.

The only thing they could change is to put small towel hangers on the bathroom door.

В стаята климатика не може да топли стаята. Банята не беше добре изчистена. Имаше бикчета от предните гости.
