Review for Archstone by Ketenci Hotel (Stay: 23–28th) I stayed at Archstone by Ketenci Hotel for 5 nights, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I arrived in Izmir at midnight and had contacted the hotel in advance to inform them of my late arrival. Unlike many other hotels, this one responded quickly through Booking.com, which was very reassuring. Upon my arrival, the staff welcomed me warmly. They spoke English and German fluently, which made communication easy. The breakfast was lovely. While there were no croissants or pancakes, I really enjoyed having a traditional Turkish breakfast every morning. It felt authentic and delicious. The hotel also provided both indoor and outdoor areas for smokers, which was convenient. Cleaning service deserves a special mention — every single day, the room was spotless, and I was never once disappointed. This was truly impressive. The location is also excellent. The hotel is close to the seaside, where you can take a ferry to different parts of the city. It’s also situated on Kıbrıs Caddesi, one of the well-known streets in Izmir for restaurants and shopping. Although some nearby restaurants had live music, the noise was never loud enough to disturb your sleep. All in all, I was very satisfied with the stay. The combination of friendly staff, cleanliness, great location, and authentic breakfast made it a wonderful experience.

Archstone Hotel in Izmir is very clean and beautifully designed, with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. Everything looks well-maintained, and the staff make sure you feel welcome. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Izmir, which makes it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want both comfort and convenience during your stay.

Although the windows were closed and double-glazed, I could still hear loud music from outside during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The staff were friendly and polite, but there is still room for improvement in service. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some details should be improved for a more comfortable stay.

A bit noisy

Hotel located in a pedestrian area, close to the seaside, just 3 minutes walk. Room was spotless and it had everything I needed for a short stay. Staff was responsive and booked the airport transfer for me.

Breakfast was quite limited and it was served at the lobby area. The hotel is located in a very busy area, with loads of restaurants and loud music, which you could hear perfectly from the room.

The hotel was very well located but high level of music was reaching to the hotel from around bars and pubs during the night.

Nice hotel located in an excellent location aurrounder by restuarants coffee shops and bars in the heart of Alsancak right next to the sea front. Easy access to the tram and ferry or the promenade for walking.

Room a bit small.

A new hotel so was upto a really good standard. Cleanliness was top tier and the location was great. Just in the centre of foods and bars. Also 3 minutes walk to the sea. The staff were friendly. When we got lost with the directions, they escorted us out in their car to the main road. Can't have asked for a better stay!

Sometimes if you opened up the window, the outside noise could be a bit annoying but then I had an ac in my room so didn't really need to open up the window.
