Very nice rooms , excellent and polite staff

Very picturesque rooms Very friendly and helpful personnel, at the reception as well as in the restaurant It is a small hotel so it was always very quiet, felt like we were the only people staying Delicious food and huge servings both for breakfast and for dinner

I was expecting a room with a view, preferably toward the baloons. I do not think any room has a view, the windows are small and you see just the rocks outside. There is no roof terrace or anything similar. The town in which the hotel is located is not the main in the area, which makes it quiet but sometimes a little too quiet. A little outdated for what is supposed to be a 5* hotel.

Rooms are exceptional - like a fairytale. Staff are lovely

If you visit Cappadocia, this place will surely exceed your expectations. Everyone is extremely friendly, and we truly felt at home. Special thanks to Duran Bey for his wonderful guidance. Hopefully, we will come back again!

The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. Our room was so spacious and we loved having a jacuzzi.
