Location, very central and easy stroll to town centre. Breakfast was fresh every day and superbly presented. Staff very helpful, polite and always helpful

Aircon in rooms could have been more effective and quieter.

The place, location, staff (especially Fathi) were faultless. Beautifully kept hotel and 2 minutes walk to the centre of Kalkan. This is my 10th time to Kalkan and without doubt the best place to stay.

Only one small thing, it would be nice to have orange juice with the superb breakfast, that's it!

Small, friendly hotel. Very spacious rooms with a great balcony. Pool excellent, with sunbeds and day beds. Great Turkish breakfast. Outstanding value for money.

Turkish breakfast can be a little overwhelming, so it was great that the staff offer a standard omelet with extras! Staff also extremely friendly and helpful. It seems family owned which has a lovely vibe to it, particularly being a new and modern hotel. Love the rooms and balcony over looking the sea was amazing! We had such a great stay and the location is ideal.

An excellent boutique private hotel! The location is very convenient. 5 min. walk to the center town and the harbour.All the personnel /team of the hotel very gentle , professionals and helpful. I thank the Owner, Fatih. Elif hanim for making a delicious turkish breakfast, Arda for his help as well. My suite spacious and clean, with a nice view to the sea , very good quality of bedding & towels and sheets. I did not make use of the crystal clear swimming pool, but it is a neat cozy area of the open space of the hotel. My stay was wonderful, and I strongly recommend this little diamond hotel. Bravo! I loved my stay at Lupia Suites and wish I could have stayed for longer! Fati and the team were super friendly, accommodating and made it a wonderful experience. A beautiful, stylish boutique hotel. I loved that it was a small hotel with only a few rooms so was a really chilled vibe. The swimming pool is great and the room was really spacious and well-equipped. Great location in terms of proximity to the Old Town. I have never had so many dishes at breakfast time (omelette, salad with fresh cheeses and vegetables, bread, chips, pastry rolls) but all really delicious. Cocktails by the hotel pool are really good too. Overall, would rate it 10/10.

Would prefer air con unit to not be directly above the bed, especially when sleeping

Lupia Suites is a new trendy place in Kalkan with lovely rooms, stylish atmosphere and nice staff. - spacious rooms ( separate bedroom, lounge area with Netflix and big fridge, balcony with sea view) - 5 star traditional turkish breakfast - very nice and responsive staff

We loved that this is a small and beautifully run hotel/suite. 7 suites in total. We liked also that there was no children under 12 allowed. It was relaxing and pieceful. The whole place is run by an amazing guy called Fatih. Nothing is a problem and always with a smile. Now... the breakfasts each morning 9 till 11am, wow. These are prepared and served up by Fatih and Elif (Fatih's mum). 9 dishes, turkish style each morning. We never missed it once and it was included in our stay. Something for everyone. Would we stay again 100% we would. We spoke to several couples staying and they all agreed that it was a great relaxing place and would return again. Great sunbeds for all and shaded areas. Loved the Cabanas for a cheeky 5pm drink. Each room is a different style and clean and modern. Old town 4 minute walk and your there. Speical mention again to Fatih and Elif for looking after us and all the other guests. The place wouldn't the same without them. We will return. See you soon.
