Very professional. I messaged them at 6 .a.m when I arrived at Istanbul airport. I needed a room for a couple of hours while I was waiting for another flight. They replied very fast, and they organized a transfer for me from the airport and to the airport. Good hotel if you need a room for a one-day stay near the airport.

Te ofrecen servicio de traslado . 1 hora esperando para que me busquen . La tarifa es de 15€ hasta 5 personas . La demora era porque juntaron gente de otros vuelos y me cobraron igual 15€ y éramos 6 . En el hotel no tenían vuelto en euros , me prometieron al otro día el vuelto y cuando lo solicité me dijeron que no sabía de qué hablaba . Una falta de respeto de parte del personal
