Hotelde hiç bir harcama yapmama rağmen check-out sırasında harcama yaptığımızı söyleyerek bizden ödeme almaya çalıştılar. Herhangi bir şey sipariş vermediğimi söylememe rağmen yine de bu ödemeyi aldılar. Oda numaranıza rastgele bir şey yazılabilir dikkat edin.

Oncelikle konteynirin luks hali gibi dusunebilirsiniz. Odaya girdigimizde heryerde orumcek agi vardi. Yataga oturunca yatagin sol tarafi kalkiyordu ustumuze dogru. Dustaki suyu basliga verme aparati yoktu zor durumda dus aldik. Yandaki tum konusmayi duyabiliryordunuz. Aksam ne yazik ki uyutmadilar beton olmadigi icin ici bostu duvarin. Buzdolabi duzgun sogutmuyordu. Yapabilcegim tek guzel yorum konumu olabilir merkezi olmasindan dolayi. Paranizi seviyorsaniz bu fiyatta baska yerlere gitmenizi oneririm. Asla aile oteli degil biliginiz olsun.

Tuvalet sifonu bozuktu,söylememize rağmen düzelmedi tüm gece sifon sesiyle uyuduk.duşakabinin bir camı kırıktı banyo su doluyordu

The turkish lady who made breakfast was amazing. She got us a ride to airport when we couldn't find a cab and also made us fresh eggs for breakfast when the buffet eggs ran out

All the staff at the hotel were amazing! Whatever I asked for, I received with top-notch service. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk to the sea, which was a big plus for me. I especially loved the breakfast – it was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. I can confidently say that I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly deserves a 10 out of 10!

Everything was perfect! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the heart of Bodrum. The rooms are spotless, modern, and spacious. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful we truly felt at home. A special thanks to the reception team for always being there when we needed anything. This is definitely a place we would choose again, and I highly recommend it with confidence!

Hotel has a good location. It is 5 minutes away from Gündoğan beach on foot, The view of the pool in the green garden, Among the 3-4 staff members I could see at the hotel, Özlem Hanım is very friendly and tries to do her best with a smiling face. I thank her again.

Sorry to say that after the experiences I've listed below, Hotel is far from our expectations and it's a facility that I'll definitely not choose again.As follows;*Although they knew that we'd be check-in late, the rooms weren't sufficiently ventilated and the rooms had an intense cigarette smell that I can't describe here.Despite ventilating for about 1 hour, we weren't 100% successful.We're exposed to the same smell for 2 days.*We had to fight mosquitoes all night long during our stay.Our expectation was that at least there'd be mosquito repellent tablets in the rooms or that we'd be warned to buy our own ones so that we wouldn't experience this problem.*After settling into our room on the first night, we'd to endure the sound of water coming from the water pipe passing through the room wall for about 3-4 hours. Finally, we realized that the water sound was due to the hose connected to the tap on our balcony, which was used to water the garden, being left opened, and we felt relieved when we turned it off.*There was a noise on the upper floor lasted until 03:00 on both nights.This gave the impression that the rooms were either in the section where hotel employees who finished work late stayed or in the section allocated to customers who stayed at the hotel for a short time, such as 1-2 days.*In one of the rooms, the broken curtain hanger and night lamps need to be repaired and the night lamp bulbs need to be installed, the A/C remote control needs to be renewed, the electrical outlet needs to be safely mounted, the tap, toilet seat, door that doesn't close and the hanger behind it need to be replaced and repaired immediately, and the bathroom needs to be cleaned in general.These problems we experienced were pointed out to the night shift staff on site, and he also stated that we're right and it'd be changed tomorrow.

Oda balkondan havuz manzaralıydı ama 2 kişi için çok küçüktü. Havlu askılığı elimizde kaldı. Bakımsız bir odaydı. Havlu ve mayo asacak daha çok askı eklenebilir. Dolardaki masayı askımoşarak kullandık hiç oturamadık. Ayna önünde içerde bir masa iyi olur. Laptop kasası var. Kahvaltı çok güzel. Konumu denize çok yakın. Yürüme ile gidiliyor. Oda sizin için önemli değilse ya da az kalınacaksa kalınabilir. Özlem Hanım’ın hizmeti, ilgisi çok iyiydi. Türk kahvesini mutlaka için :)
