Overall, the staff was very kind and helpful with all of our Inquiries. Especially Nur and Esra, they have extendedly assisted us in both setting up an account to order food , and finding an open pharmacy when it was urgent. truly a welcoming staff

Bathroom door didnt have a lock (probably broken) and shower head didnt extend (fixed in wall)

otel çalışanları kibar ve yardımsever, konumu eski adana da, ancak 4 yıldızlı bir otel olamaz, çok eski, odalar, eşyalar halılar vs. çok eski, kahvaltı ise eh fena değil, ama eskimiş bir bina . otel sahibi arkadaş çok kibar sürekli soruyor "var mı bir isteğiniz diye"
