Moncher Hotel

Fantastico hotel, vista excepcional habitaciones muy amplias camas super comodas. Muy limpio el hotel es nuevo, desayuno delicioso.

New hotel but it seems like many things in the room are second handed. Room A/C was very noisy and could not be lowered, so I had to sleep with A/C off and the temperature was uncomfortable. Fridge was broken. Breakfast is OK, nothing special.

Geç saat olmasına rağmen karşılama güzeldi. Odalar geniş ve ferah. Oda temizliği güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi.

Oda tertemizdi banyoda ayni şekilde hiç bir problem yaşamadık. Açık büfe kahvaltıda her çeşit mevcuttu

The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly.

Das Frühstück war gut. Die Zimmer sauber.

We booked a Family Suite (2 Bedroom). We were put into a smaller room (with a roll-away extra bed). We want a refund for the difference!

It was clean and smell wonderfull , Has a perfect view , I was at 15th floor , I love it ,

The property itself was very beautiful but what makes it exceptional is the staff! I had a late flight to United States ( going home ) so I was looking to book a hotel to relax before my long flight. When I checked out at 12 pm the next day I was hanging out in the lobby to kill some time before my flight . The hotel manager Ömer had noticed me there sitting all by myself so he asked if I need anything and ordered his staff to bring me coffee and water, not once but twice! He wanted to make sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. To him that must’ve been an every day thing but to me it meant everything! I travel often but that kind of exceptional customers service is hard to come by. The receptionists Havva and Eylül were extremely helpful and courteous. Havva made sure my Taxi was coming on time to take me to the airport. Another young man took care of my luggage. And let’s not forget the guy who served me coffee was such a gentleman. All of this is credit to the management of Mr. Ömer as he’s the one who’s making sure his staff is going above and beyond for his customers. Thank you all for all the wonderful things you do for your guests. I will definitely be back.❤️
