Berbat bir deneyimdi uzun yoldan geldik bir gün boyunca sıcak su yoktu erkenden otelden ayrıldık o kadar berbattı ki askılık yoktu oda çok hızlı dağıldı televizyon çalışmıyordu

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. Upon entering our room, number 301, we were utterly shocked by the room's condition. The floors and walls were entirely filthy and bore no resemblance to the images displayed online. The room reeked of a nauseating combination of musty carpet, smoke, and chemicals. We couldn't bear to spend a single night there and were forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. What was even more disheartening was the lack of alternatives or any other room being offered, despite our request. The staff provided no counteroffer. Furthermore, we had paid for five days in advance, yet the room was not occupied for even a single minute. This is not just unacceptable but a clear waste of our money, as the hotel refused any cancellation for all five days. Customer friendliness or leniency is nonexistent here; it appears to be more about deception. Additionally, the hotel lacks an elevator despite having four floors and proved extremely difficult to locate. The reception area shown in the photos was nonexistent, replaced by a cramped office with an ironing board, sink, and office desk. The hotel is located in one of the most undesirable areas in Izmir, a fact later confirmed by locals in the vicinity. It's truly regrettable that our experience at this hotel was so dismal. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend it and certainly will not return.

Otel Karsıyaka da çarsı merkezinde. Konumu güzel. Sadece carşı içi olduğundan park sorunu var. Temizlik yeterliydi. Resepsiyonda ki görevliler ilgiliydi. Teşekkürler.

Gayet güzel ve güleryüzlü bi karşılama, buzdolabı çalışsa tadından yenmicekti, havalar çok sıcak soğuk su içebilmek için dışarıdan buz almak zorunda kaldık. Onun harici bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Huzurlu bir hotel.

I’ll admit, based on other experiences I’d had at resorts in Turkey I had high expectations. It was definitely still under construction during our stay but it was pleasant and no construction in the area occurred until after 10am which is a far cry from 8am I’ve experienced elsewhere. The hotel is far enough away from the action where it was quiet, yet still a short walk away from shopping and bars. We had some trouble getting enough towels but eventually received more than enough. The Turkish bath was a bonus. The mattress was very firm, but even as someone who prefers a soft mattress I slept well and had no issues. The owner definitely needs to upgrade the mini fridges. The front desk guy brought a different one up 2 flights of stairs and it still didn’t work. The air conditioner worked great which was truly my priority in the excessive heat. Overall a better option to stay in the area and great location.
