الاستقبال جميعهم رائعين. الجناح ممتاز، نظيف ومتكامل، الموقع في يومرا وهي افضل مناطق طرابزون للسكن، الفندق قريب من الكثير من المطاعم والكافيهات ومول جواهر. سوبر ماركت ميقروس يقع بجانبها. الشقة هادئة ومتكاملة.
