Nuup Hotel

If you would like to have view of the ER of the Marmaris State Hospital with foodposioning and get BLAMED for it by the hotel than i definitely recommend this hotel. First meal that my wife eat was a straight ticket to the ER. She just ordered a simple Tuna Bowl for lunch and after a couple of hours she started to vomit and this wouldn’t stop until we got to the hospital. The next day we told the hotel that there was something wrong with the food but the way they acted was like if they wanted to put the blame on us. Because the food was “freshly” made and they get delivery daily for fresh fish. Find it hard to believe since the hotel was empty (3 more couples). Instead of simple sorry and you don’t have to pay for the salad, they told us well you need to pay if you don’t we will accept it was our fault that your wife got sick. We just left the place angry and just paid it because things would have got out of hand. Do your self a favor and just keep away from this hotel. The rooms smell, only good thing is the pool i will give credit for that and the staff are friendly but the directors are terrible people.

Wunderschönes Hotel mitten in der Natur, Sehr schöne Ausstattung des Zimmers Sehr Komfortabel zum Entspannen.. Es gibt Pool mit Schöne Liegen und Fitness Raum mit neu Geräten an der Rezeption. Das Frühstück ist das Beste Highlight mit selbst Gebackenes Brot und die Gemüse kommt direkt vom Garten etc.Alles sehr lecker und Frisch!

Nuup Hotel is a hidden oasis in the jungle. I was surprised when I saw this resort. I couldn't believe that I was in fethiye. I thought it was in Thailand or Bali!..WOW.. It’s really shocking me. The resort's is breathtaking natural beauty surrounded by rare and perennial trees. All the staff are top-notch and happy to help with a big smile, especially Ms Khadeeja, who is willing to assist with any request. The landscape of the resort was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and tasty 😋 with organic food and freshly baked sourdough bread 🍞. I highly recommend this place to relax and enjoy a clean . environment. Thank you so much for all the staff they did a fantastic job 👏

Excellent. Suberp. The whole experience, the farm, the cafe, restaurant, the wine selection, the outside pool, the room, the breakfast (some items are from the farm, bread also own produced) the service level... all were at top top experience. 🥹 (There is also an equipped yoga room, not sure about the fitness room though.) Wish could have stayed longer than just 1 night. 💟

Pool bar service could be improved

Otel odaları çok güzeldi ve ihtiyacınız olan her şey düşünülmüştü. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve saygılıydı. Ayrıca otel çok sakin bir yerde, sadece cumartesi gecesi yapılan nişan yüzünden geç saatlere kadar gürültüye maruz kaldık

Breakfast was really good however location was okay. There were lots of fly keep biting your body. Foods are super expensive .

Food and drinks was super expensive.
