Villa Vista

Very clean, good facilities, good size, very comfortable

A little bit of noise from main road into Dalyan but not that bad. Can’t fault the property

The villa was beautiful, very modern and felt very homely. There was everything we needed for a lovely holiday and the sliding doors in the living area to outside was really good for evenings on the patio. Absolutely loved the villa. It would be perfect for a couple (we booked it just for us) but also for friends or a family. The 4 bedrooms are all en suite doubles and so is a perfect set up for a group holiday. The walk into town is about 15 minutes and there are a few great bars and coffee places on the walk in. A lovely holiday.

Inside the villa was to a very high standard, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes, bathrooms were lovely. Very thorough clean, bedding and towel change midway through our holiday. Outside area has plenty of room, lots of sun loungers, pool is a good size and not really overlooked. View from upstairs bedrooms is beautiful. We could hear some traffic noise from the road but this wasn't an issue as it wasn't very busy.

The outside area needs some work to equal the high standard inside. There was only 1 umbrella and we had to request a further one, which was brought to us on day 1 of our holiday. We then had to request a further base as the other one had been filled with small stones and concrete, which ended up being blown with the umbrella into the pool. Our flight was delayed so we arrived in the evening, after a very long day we were met by the villa owner who gave us the key. In the villa there was no basic food or water supplies, not even a bottle of water in the fridge, which meant we then had to trek out to the supermarket, otherwise we wouldn't have had any water to drink. The small children's area pool tiles were very dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time, there was a very thick build-up of dirt. During the midway clean, the cleaner that came was lovely but she smoked a cigarette whilst cleaning and made the whole villa smell of cigarette smoke, which is not acceptable.

Well appointed villa, that comfortably sleeps 8 people, with good sized pool, within 15 minute walk of the town centre.

Some limited traffic noise due to close proximity to road.

Uncomfortable sunbeds. Need to invest in better quality sunbeds.
