Staff member Ms. Sevde was very accommodating and helpful. She provided truly incredible customer service. As a Branch Manager myself in one of the big companies in Singapore, I can confidently say that she has exceptional skills in dealing with customers. Bed was uncomfortable, walls was so thin, I literally hear all sounds from street

It defeats the purpose. The noise from the street is so loud that it is almost guaranteed that you will have a bad sleep. Just to give a perspective: The insulation is so bad that If you open the windows - noise level doesn’t change and In the morning you can see the light through the wall. The hotel is next to a very noise road.

The outer wall was thin as paper. You feel like sleeping on the road. Sunlight came through the cracks of the wall. Sleepless night made my wife sick.

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, which is convenient for late arrivals or early departures.

Unfortunately, the room's sound isolation is close to zero. My windows were turned to the busy street, so all night I was listening to driving cars, landing planes, neighborhood party, and finally prayers at sunrise. It was impossible to sleep because of the sound.

Nothing really. The only 'positive' thing I could think of is the proximity to the airport. That's about it

Everything. Right off the bat, you find yourself in a place you never thought existed before. Walls are as thin as paper, not only do you hear everything your neighbors say or do, you even hear them flushing the toilet which is next door. No hot water in the evening. Cold as in a refrigerator (despite turning the ac unit, that is). Constant car noise which far from helping you sleep, adds up to the annoying experience. Now, imagine yourself where not only your neighbors next door are making noise but also right above you, they were throwing suitcases left and right for God knows what reason, car noises and sometimes airplanes taking off.. There were some ofd stains on the walls (i'm assuming humidity) that they just left there, as decoration. Breakfast was below average. They pour an entire bag of salt on your scrambled eggs w/out even asking. If what you're looking for is a sleepless and endless night, this is definitely your go to place. Never again. I'd rather pay extra next time and stay on a decent hotel. Too bad I didn't read negative ratings before booking this. Save your money, trust me.
