En global no me gustó casi nada

Reservas dos habitaciones porqué íbamos en familia y nos dan en dos plantas diferentes. Una de las habitaciones no tenía ni ventana, tipo zulo. Parece que lo están reformando pero faltan muchos detalles. Nos dieron una habitación en la octava planta que estabas a 40 grados mínimo que luego lo pudimos refrescar con el aire acondicionado pero al entrar hacía un olor horrible a desagüe (orina pura). En los baños ni una repisa para poner el neceser,justo la taza, el lavabo y el plato de ducha que tenia la mampara rota, faltaba un cristal y se salía todo el agua. No sigo diciendo nada más por qué tampoco nos quejamos en recepción de nada debido a la hora que llegamos que fue de madrugada y para tres noches tampoco me quería cabrear ya que solo íbamos a dormir. En el comedor habían dos balcones donde la gente fumaba mientras tú desayunas, muy desagradable. Parking no tiene

What a great hotel! The staff were terrific: answering emails promptly before we arrived and going out of their way to let us check in early, upgrading the room and greeting us whenever we passed. The room was clean and comfortable, light and airy and with essential air conditioning. Fluffy towels and extra pillows, tea making facilities all great.

Breakfast was very crowded, as the eating area was quite compact, (this was the last hour - it might have been calmer earlier on) although the staff did a good job of keeping the buffet well supplied with a good variety of food.
