Eşimle beraber çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik, tüm çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Speisen sind sehr gut zubereitet. Die Spa Einrichtungen sind renovierungsbedürftig. Der Hamam im Damenbereich war defekt, ebenso einige Duschen. Das Dampfbad war ein bisschen mufflig. Die Heizung im Zimmer funktionierte nicht , aber man hat uns schnell ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Schwimmbad und Thermalpools waren in Ordnung.

We stayed for three nights at the end of December as a family with our 10-month-old baby. The hotel lived up to our expectations: good food, a nice SPA with thermal pools, and great service. The baby enjoyed the 40 cm kids' pool. Turkish cuisine is mostly served, and there are many activities aimed at children, from balloons and face paint to cotton candy at dinner and a mini disco. Some things to keep in mind: The outdoor pool's temperature varied from 38 to 42 degrees depending on the day. 38 was too cold for my husband, and 42 was too hot for me. I'd go again to get some rest and enjoy thermal pools in winter

Bon hotel pour se reposer. Les equipements sont en bon état. La piscine exterieure chauffée. La nourriture etait bonne. Le personnel est à l'écoute.

Our stay at Wyndham Afyonkarahisar was a disappointment. When we first arrived to the hotel we liked the lobby area and the greeting staffs attitude, they were nice and were eager to help out. The rooms are newly renovated so its nice but how ever our toilet was terrible, there were stains and a big brown spot at the outside of the toilet. After we have called the lobby so they could fix it the cleaning ladies came up and cleaned some of it 🙄 i cant understand how they after complains like this didnt fix it good?! The spa section of the hotel is okey but need maintence it looks old and because of that doesnt feel so fresh. One of the main reasons for why choosed this hotel was the two water slides and we called and asked about them before we did the reservation but on arrival they told us that they were doing some maintenance and that they were being closed, so my 9 year old son was very disappointed about this. The food is by far the biggest issue, I dont know if its because of the budget they are giving the head chef or if the team in the kitchen is bad, but how ever is Wyndham is supposed to have an all inclusive conecpt this is crazy bad amd veeeeerrrrryyyyyy low quality. The staff members are all nice and try their best but they are understaffed specially in the restaurant. At dinner time there is one guy in the bar and you can see that its because they want to raise the waiting time so people wont drink a lot 😂 . I DONT USE ALCOHOL but its disturbing to have to wait s

Unfortunate Incident on the First Day Upon our arrival, we experienced an embarrassing situation when we were mistakenly accused of needing to pay for an additional person in the restaurant. We were escorted back to reception, only to discover that the room in question was not ours. While the staff were apologetic, the incident left us feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Smoking Policy Concerns Despite Turkish law prohibiting smoking in closed spaces, the hotel seems to consider a retractable roof an exception. This leads to smoking in areas that should be smoke-free, which is not only unpleasant but also illegal. Meanwhile, the staff strictly enforce swimming hat rules, but fail to challenge smoking violations. The outdoor pool area, unfortunately, is littered with cigarette butts, reflecting poor maintenance in this regard. Miscommunication with Guest Relations Guest relations attempted to address our concerns by offering a late check-out as a goodwill gesture. However, this was not communicated to reception, resulting in us being locked out of our room. The explanation provided for this oversight was almost comical and only added to our frustration.

İki yıldır üstü üste aynı tarihte gidiyoruz. İlk gittiğimizde çok memnun kalmıştık yine şaşırtmadılar. Çalışanların güleryüzü profesyonelliği çok hoşumuza gitti. Teşekkür ediyoruz. Tek eleştirebileceğim konu termal havuzun be oyun alanının gece 10’dan sonra kullanıma kapatılmasıydı. Bu konuda sanırım güvenlik sebebiyle yapılmış.
