Good bits Newly refurbished , clean, nice bed, views over the harbour. Bad bits The room wasn’t really set up like a hotel room, no bedside lights , just the major light in the middle of the room. A kettle great , but no cups, or coffee or tea bags The stairs, they were dangerous and uneven , a step 2inches , then one 9inches then 5 inches , try carrying a case up that lot without falling flat on face. But the biggest issue for us , being a couple seeking a relaxing time, was the evening noise, it backs on to bar street , with nightclubs pumping out very very very loud music till gone 3am in the morning , we found it impossible to sleep! If you are party animals this may be the ideal place for you , but not for us sorry

Kleines modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel mit engagiertem Service durch den Inhaber und sein Personal. Ayse im Börekladen nebenan sorgt mit ihrem reichaltigen Frühstück für den passenden Start in den Tag. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Yachthafens inmitten der Altstadt in der Nähe der alten Moschee und der Burg, alles ist gut erreichbar. Bitte die Hotelbeschreibung des Inhabers vor der Buchung lesen und nicht nachher schlechte Bewertungen abgeben: Die an sich ruhige Altstadt beherbergt mehrere Clubs mit open air Betrieb und wird ab Saisonbeginn bis zum frühen Morgen zur Partymeile. Wer es lieber ruhiger mag, buche lieber woanders. Genauso ist klar beschrieben, dass das dreistöckige Hotel über keinen Lift verfügt. Auch hier: vorher lesen und nicht nachher meckern, wäre unfair ! Für uns war es jedenfalls Ende März 2024 ein schöner Aufenthalt und die ca. 150 Stufen zu unserem Zimmer mit Panoramablick über den Hafen und die Burg im 3. Stock waren es trotz unseres Alters (67/73) jeden Tag wert. Georg & Joke

Arrived 2hours early, manager kept luggage in reception. Came back 2 hours later, room ready. Had sea view room on top floor, great room, spacious, well maintained, large bathroom, great views.

Good option close to the covered bazar in Marmaris. Warm, and well equipped.

This was a bad experience all around. But the worst was the staff, as in "what staff????" They were never around and the "office" was always locked exc. the couple of minutes after I arrived. Then I never saw them again. No help with any thing. And the area - you couldn't get any noisier at night. Never would go back.

Lovely place to stay bar street is just a 2 minute walk and this hotel is located in the town centre so only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre restaurants.

Great room after 3AM as it is next to Bar Street and an open air club. You wont get any sleep until the club closes and this is not suitable for families. If you plan to go clubbing this is a great place with a nice big room, AC, and it is very clean.

Location is one of the best ones, Breakfast ok Staff good One thing the hotel besides the nightclub and music continued till 4 am. And they don't have soundproof windows. If you are not going to party its difficult to sleep
