Great location, nice interior, friendly staff

Changed room 2 times during 2 nights stay. In first room, light didn’t work, in second room lock didn’t work. Third room worked out, but moving is draining. Second room was super dirty, not clean at all.

Good for one day. Value for money. Close to the center and the shops.

Whatever brakes stays broken (hairdryer missing, power outlet missing cover, broken light, broken toilet brush) . I booked with early check-in (main reason I chose this hotel from others nearby) but the room was not ready.

Exceptional service and hospitality from Lavender hotel staff especially Denis the receptionist and his coworker who helped us with late check in and made sure my family are comfortable and happy after long tiring travel. Denis was very friendly, professional and caring. He also went above and beyond his duty and helped us again in the morning by arranging a late breakfast for us after we missed it. He continued with support suggesting the places with local cuisine and places we could visit while we have time before our next journey. We are very grateful for everything Denis helped us with. I highly recommend Lavender hotel to stay at!
