Caverna Hotel Premium Caves

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. We were welcomed with tea and coffee and then showed to our room. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and very clean. Our room was serviced each day. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and served our breakfast to us. They helped us with our bags, and they were happy to help us in any way they could. We hired a car and had a parking space right outside the hotel. We stayed in room 401 and had lovely views over Goreme. It is a short walk to restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was the best hotel we stayed at in Turkey. We would highly it recommend it to other travelers.

The room and all the hotel was clean and tidy. We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. We had a very happy stay here and would totally recommend to other traveler's.

The owner of the hotel Azat nearly waited on us hand and foot. He went so far out of his way to provide excellent service, he made us feel like kings and queens. He, himself, carried a whole case of water into my room. Not only did he make arrangements for transportation but he or one of his staff would park my rental car. I’ve never experienced such personal assistance or customer service at another hotel. There was absolutely nothing more he could’ve done to make us feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely return for the hospitality.

We really enjoyed this hotel, we had a great time, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is PHENOMENAL, super super delicious with tons of options. The hotel is conveniently located close to all the major attractions in Goreme.

최근에 새로 지어진 숙소라고 해서 부모님과 가족여행 중에 방문했습니다. 방도 이제껏 터키여행중 묵었던 모든방중 가장 넓고 동굴이라고는 믿을 수 없는 쾌적한 숙소였습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하셨고 조식도 뷔페식은 아니지만 뷔페급으로 진수성찬으로 차려주셔서 아침마다 포식했네요!

없습니다. 부모님이 고층에 묵으셨지만 짐도 다 옮겨주셔서 불편함 없이 지냈습니다

Perfect hotel with amazing breakfast, close to everything in Goreme.

La terrasse commune très médiocre (voir photos) avec 4 coussins et qui est situé tout en bas de l’hôtel, la terrasse que l’on voit sur le site en photo 1 est celle de la chambre privative au 5eme étage ! Le petit déjeuner certes quantitatif avec quelques changements d’un matin à l’autre mais d’une qualité très passable (exemple: il y a des oranges partout dans la ville avec des jus frais et l’hôtel sert un jus chimique à souhait et vraiment pas bon) Certaines finitions dans la chambre bâclées (plafond revêtements béton, joints salle de bain..) et tuyauteries bouchées avec une évacuation ralentie
