It a very cozy place. Very kind and helpful landlord Didem. Everyting is new, apartment, kitchen, washing mashine, dishwasher, diches. Friendly dog Yuki;-) * As I said, everythin is new. * Internet is about 40 Mb/s. * Air conditioners in all rooms. * Washing mashine * Dishwasher * TV with Youtube/Netflix. You can forget yout Apple/Android TV at home:) * Gas instide with gas stove and radiators. * Water pressure is very good. * The mosque opposite - not a problem with sounds * Quiet streets with lemons, oranges and mandarins. * Pide, Ekmek, Kasap - very close

* That was February. Cold outside and cold inside. Gas Radiators are to small. Air conditioners help us. * Sound insulation - NOOOOOO. In bathroom especially. But in bedroom not bad. * Table and chairs too uncomfortable to work. Sorry Didem, but armchair and sofa too:(.

Absolutely new shining building with stylish and fresh apartments! The apartments are thoughtfully designed having everything needed for mid/long-term stay, including the cleaning equipment, a rich kitchen set, storage space, and a very decent bathroom. This is most convenient place to stay with family and to make your wife happy! The apartment style is great with contemporary gray-and-white coloring, giving you the feeling of space, freedom and easiness every day no matter how long have you stayed here. I found landlords very friendly and supportive when we needed help; I was surprised how quick a jammed door lock can be fixed! I also valued Konyaalti district and the surroundings for a family stay with several children playgrounds being located in 3 min walk from the building. The surroundings have everything for the long stay with several grocery stores, and quite good Carrefour supermarket in 5 min walk. All in all, I had my best impression of a family vacation with Rose Residence!

We like modern, large, comfortable apartment with a lot of light and thoughtful kitchen equipment where you can find everything you need. Close to stores, bus connection, markets and sea beach. Very nice and well -kept garden at the residence. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

We lived on the ground floor, room number 1. New plumbing. Availability of a washing machine. A good mattress. Good air conditioning in both rooms. Parking is right outside the building. But..

We should immediately note that we are experienced and not capricious travelers. And we also respect and even take great interest in the religion of Muslims, BUT this building is located 50 meters from the grand mosque, in this regard, every day, between 5 and 6 in the morning, the muezzin was called to prayer through powerful loudspeakers. It's as extremely loud as an air raid siren. The sound resonates through the windows and furniture in the house. Calls to prayer are repeated several times a day and unfortunately we did not manage to get enough sleep on any of the days. Such a feature of the location had to be specified in the description of the object in advance. There was also poor sound insulation of the front door of the room and conversations could be heard on the ground floor. It also seemed to us that the advertised accommodation area (room number 1) does not correspond to reality and in fact it is smaller and quite cramped here. It was dusty, especially under the bed. An interesting fact is that upon our arrival and departure, the woman who met us tried in every possible way to be kind and make a good impression, but here is a real example of their relationship: there were no blankets in this apartment usual for a European person, a thick sheet is offered here as a blanket, but it was cold to sleep under it, considering that all night the air conditioner is working. To our polite request to give us two extra blankets or plaids, the owners replied in an ultra-positive form that there were no such blankets in Turkey and only for an additional fee they were ready to provide us with extra thick sheets (€15 for each), referring to the brooch with the rules of accommodation that they gave us when checking in. Although in the description of the object on booking.com there was no such information anywhere in advance. Maybe we were just unlucky.

Great new, well-equipped apartment, fantastic hosts, beach 10 min away, wi-fi fast enough for work and video calls.

We really enjoyed the minimalist design of the apartment - it had an atmosphere of style and space. Everything was perfectly clean - from sheets to kitchenware. And the hosts are wonderful - they helped us with our various requests throughout our entire stay.

We liked our aparts very much - two separated bedrooms, living room combined with kitchen area with access to the balcony. Everywhere is a modern design in white and gray tones, everything is new and clean, there is a TV in the living room and good air conditioning in every room, also there are blinds on the windows and blackout curtains - that's a really rare and useful combination. There are two cupboards, necessary utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. The apart complex is located 10 minutes walking from the sea. The coast is very long, it is possible to rent sun loungers or just lay for free. There are changing cabins and outside showers. Near the apart complex there are several product shops and mosque. But during a night we didn't hear it, sleep was no problem. Our hostess gave us a very hospitable welcome, explained everything in details, sent us a short info what to do in the city and then arranged a transfer to the airport for us.

Only five minutes walk to the beach. Supermarkets and bus stops in one or two minutes walking distance. Didem is a very frindly host with plenty of ideas what to do.

Apartment is nice and clean with all vacation needs.
