The location

The AC wasn’t working The floor wasn’t clean, the staff weren’t nice, we asked for toilet paper and they weren’t happy, the room is very small.

The view. Cleanliness. Food. Spacious room

Extra attention needs to be given to the cleanliness and security. The water boiler was with milk but We did tell them and they fixed the issue. The housekeeper enters our room with her extra key without a permission which made us uncomfortable during our stay.

"Beautiful 1-2 days stay in a different side of Trabzon other than the usual mountain or downtown part."

The view is amazing.. room is spacious

Some missing Amenities like trash can in living room. The curtains are not dark to block sunlight when you want.
