Four Mansions Hotel

Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go.

Kind of away from shopping.

Everything about this hotel is flawless, the staff, styling, decor, comfort, location, parking, everything is immaculate. We were welcomed as guests upon arrival, and treated as guests until we left. The staff were professional, wonderful and attentive to every nèed. The hotel occupies a group of beautifully restored and renovated historical buildings - it has been done with exceptional style and attention to detail. The room was spacious and well appointed, everything worked and it was cozy and comfortable. The location is an easy flat walk to everything in the middle of the older part of Kayseri and we could easily see everything we wanted to visit. We were so impressed by this hotel, they have achieved what dozens of other hotels have failed to do across Türkiye in presenting a superb quality character stay exactly as offered, with every detail perfectly resolved. To add value, the breakfast was excellent, the quality ingredients another reflection of the flawless attention to detail. We will saty here again when we return to this lovely and relaxed city.

Tout était parfait . Les chambres , le personnel, le déjeuner rien à dire . Magnifique j y retournerai c est sur .

Juste petit info , rien avoir avec l hotel. Je suis allé pour un décès j ai acheté des fleurs chez le fleuriste qui se trouve juste la à côté n y aller pas il m'a fait payer pour qq, fleurs 440 er honteux de profitez des gens qui ne parle pas la langue .

Le personnel a été trés accueillant et a réglé pour nous le transfert à l'aéroport. La chambre était trés grande, bien équipée et le lit confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est génial !

Pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer, il faut veiller à avoir une chambre accessible, si possible au rez-de-chausée car les marches de l'escalier sont trés hautes.

Das Personal ist unfassbar zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in die Präsidentensuite erhalten, so haben wir noch nie gewohnt, Wahnsinn. Sehr zentral in einem spannenden, historischen, sicheren Viertel gelegen. Habe auch die „normalen“ Zimmer gesehen, top. Gemütlicher kleiner Innenhof zum chillen

Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war der muffige Geruch der Klimaanlage/Heizung. Ist wahrscheinlich der Belegungsfrequenz geschuldet
