Swissôtel Living Bodrum

The stay was pleasant. It was on of the most beautiful views I’ve seen in Bodrum. The staff were very helpful and helpful. Special thanks goes to Nigar with her assistance at the hotel’s gym. Overall , I’d recommend anyone to book at this hotel.

Some places need renovations.

Staff was so nice. Hotel is perfect, rooms are so wide and clean. Sea is flat and good. Next year i will be definetely stay again

Staff number should be more. No staff in pools. Buggy service must be more frequent. The rooms must be well checked before new check in. Shampoo box of parents room was empty. Overhead shower was broken

The facilities are new. Nice design. Comfortable beds. Spa and gym high standard. The views are amazing. Location is great. Breakfast is solid. The personnel is trying hard to help.

Although the facilities are brand new there are many mistakes (painting, not properly closing doors). The worst was a missing glass preventing our child from falling 5-10 meters. The food at the beach bar is very average. In Turkey it is hard not to eat good but this hotel needs a change in the kitchen. It took 1 hour for the food to get ready. Overpriced like most of bodrum

The room was spacious and the staff was friendly

For the price paid, there were hardly any amenities including service at the pool. The rooms were not cleaned properly and the breakfast options were very limited. Overall, very overpriced for the service you get

The staff (special mention of the man in charge Mr Mustafa Tulga : he was very helpful and gave us his personal number to help everytime we needed), also the rest of the staff (at the reception and the restaurant Mr Baris, all these people are very professional and kind)

We had a suite with a kitchen, we were 7 family members sharing the suite, we were not always provided with water, we had to ask numerous times, also there was no cooking pans (we had to ask numerous times), sometimes the dishes would pile up and staff would leave it unwashed (we had to ask numerous times for people to finally come andf wash it), on the first night the restaurant did not even have olive oil, salads did not come with any dressing, when cleaning the room the shower gel were not refilled, and tissue boxes were always missing ... for a 5 star hotel, these things are unacceptable. and we dont think it is the mistake of the staff but the senior management and the promoters who did not think all these things through

Superior oda manzarasi olmayan otelin iç tarafındaki boşluğa bakan oda tipi. Ve bu önemli bilgi maalesef hic biryerde yazili degil. Banyoda havalandirma mevcut değil. Odada havlu mayo vs asacak kurutacak bir aski yok... Menülerde fiyatlar EURO olarak veriliyor. Otelden ziyade residence olarak hizmet vermeye devam etmesi gerekir bu tesisin. Beach'de menuler euro olarak veriliyor ustune bir de servis ucreti eklenmekte... Tek guzel yani denizi, plaji...
