He impressed me not only with his professionalism and respectful demeanor but also with his ability to communicate fluently in English, Urdu/Hindi, Arabic, and Turkish—an unexpected but incredibly helpful skillset during my stay. As this was my first time in Çerkezköy, Yousuf offered thoughtful guidance on where to go, what to explore, and the best local options for dining and activities—especially tailored for my 10-year-old son. Every day, he checked in on us to ensure we were doing well and if we needed any assistance. His proactive attitude and warm, genuine care truly stood out. Yusef and Sule on the front desk were absolute super stars. Couldn't have been nicer. Loved them

all staff very friendly and helpful. rooms very clean, silent and confortable
