Excellent location, nice, friendly and trustworthy staff. No shower door, electric outlet fell apart, coffee kettle did not work. Everything else ok.

Nice hotel with lots of terraces. Our room was ok, but the bathroom was average, no where to put toiletries etc and the shower flooded the room often. That said the location is good, parking opposite and fantastic staff especially the girls in the breakfast team.

our suite was much bigger and better than expected which was great! the staff were lovely and they helped us book our hot air balloon ride. only fault i would say is that there was a bit of a mouldy smell in the bathroom and the view from the terrace (which was already mentioned so we didn’t really mind). other than that it was perfect for our short stay! definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located. Hotel staff are great. They were very helpful with airport transportation and they also kindly allowed us to access the breakfast buffet before it officially opened on our last day.

"Beautiful campus, prime location "

Amazing location in town very close to the viewing point for the hot air balloons in the morning. Great breakfast (included in our stay) + massive honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi and living room at an extremely affordable rate (~$100 / night). They can arrange a $15 shuttle to and from Neveshir airport for you if you like ($15 each way, per person). Had a fantastic time and I highly encourage you to consider staying here.

"Comfortable stay "

We stayed at Escape Cave Suites for three nights. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was great with plenty of options. Some of the areas in the hotel should have been cleaned more often however with rubbish sitting for days unnoticed by staff.
