The view and the staff were nice.

Can’t flush toilet paper. A bed sheet as a comforter. The air conditioning was worthless. The fridge didn’t even keep drinks cold. The bed was just 2 double beds shoved together.

A perfect stay in the beautiful Fethiye. Perf location, clean facilities and a lovely host.

The location was great as it was close to the Fethiye ferry port and the view from the room balcony was superb! The staff was accommodating and tried to help us as much as possible. We had to leave for the airport early and requested for an early. breakfast, and they complied with our request, which was very kind of them.

The fact that we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Be aware that there are no lifts!

All in all, can't argue with the price - apartment is well set-up with a good shower, and the view over the marina is beautiful

I hate leaving negative comments but this place had a few real stand out issues. The whole stay was entirely impersonal, no one on hand to greet us or show us to the room, all communication done over Whatsapp, no reception or anything. Room was only cleaned once during a week long stay, with our request for a change of towels actually declined, and we were told to wait until the next day. Wifi only worked on the first day we stayed there and was never fixed. Check out, if you can call it that, was awful - after a week long stay, we simply got a bang on the door with a grumpy lady shrugging her shoulders and saying "finished?" to us. We waited for a taxi in the breakfast area only to be confronted by the same lady demanding to know what a stain was on one of the towels. My wife explained it was probably face cream, and which point she stormed off again. No thank you, goodbye, thanks for staying with us, offer of a taxi, or even help with our luggage down two sets of very steep stairs. Location isn't bad if you have a car or moped, but be warned, the apartments are at the top of an incredibly steep bank which is about 200m long. I would have happily given this place a 7 or 8 - but the attitude of that lady on the last day, and complete lack of interest in us as guests, drops the score right down.

I booked a 25m² room but was given a 16m² one instead. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he was incredibly rude. The room was dirty, smelled bad, and lacked proper housekeeping. The towels were unpleasantly scented, and the walls were very thin, leading to a noisy stay. The location was also inconvenient, as it was up a steep road, making it tiring to walk to the center. Upon departure, they partially compensated our stay, and the owner suddenly became nice, likely to prevent a negative review

The view from the property is nice. They were nice and gave us an upgrade for the second night to a sea view room.

It’s a hilly road and required effort to walk up. Similar type rooms are available on different floor. It was communicated to us that it was first come first serve basis. So we got a room on the lower floor. Photo shows pictures from a higher floor.

This property is very well located, has an amazing view, renovated rooms with lovely, accommodating staff.

There is a big hill leading up to the property therefore if you are walking with suitcases and are elderly please consider this.
