Near to istanbul airport

While selecting this hotel, it was mentioned that there is airport shuttle service. This information means it is a free service provided by the hotel however it wasnt. Hotel asked me to pay for transfer in euro and it should be in cash. I have sent email and requested airport shuttle however they didnt provide. I had to arange uber.
