Location was close to waterfront.

When we arrived, the staff said there was no parking and we had to find our own. Come to find out, parking was through an outside concierge service that that staff didnt want to call. Bar with smoking inside right next to breakfast room. Can smell the smoke right when you get off the elevator to enter the breakfast room. Breakfast room has a leaking ceiling around the food serving area.

Хороший персонал, ежедневная уборка, неплохие завтраки

В нашем номере было плохое освещение, а потом электричество вообще сломалось и нас пересилили в другой номер, там было хорошее освещение. Вай-фай иногда не подключался и выбрасывал.

"Buenas instalaciones mal el recepcionista del día que llegué"

El Personal de recepción poco empatico, falta de disposición e iniciativa para establecer comunicación aun q sea en un. Idioma no conocido, utilizando App o el celular. Quise solicitar una colación fría por un tour q salía muy temprano pero no la pudieron gestionar, ni siquiera dieron alguna posibilidad. Además solicité una matrimonial y nos tenían dos individuales.
