للأسف كانت تجربتي في الفندق غير مرضية. الفراش غير نظيف إطلاقًا، وتنظيف الغرف سيئ جدًا، مع وجود رائحة كريهة للغاية في الغرفة والفراش. كما أن باب الغرفة لا يفتح بشكل جيد ويُصدر صوتًا مزعجًا. آمل أن يتم تحسين مستوى النظافة والصيانة بشكل عاجل، لأن الوضع الحالي لا يتناسب مع توقعات الضيوف ولا مع تصنيف الفندق

Non-smoking rooms are on the same floor with smoking rooms. You smell the cigarettes every time you leave the room and walk to the elevators. Some rooms face the main road and the sound proofing is poor, so that's not a nice combination. There are no facilities such as spa at this hotel either.
